Cargo carriers met this morning with officials from the Municipality of Lima to evaluate the measures that will be taken regarding the new “peak and plate” plan that will include trucks.

As the commune had announced, this would imply that the traffic of heavy-duty vehicles would be restricted to circulate only at night to reduce congestion at peak times.
